There are some 200 full-time work force employed at the manufacturing plant, and 22 of them are graduated from universities with engieering degrees. This manufacturing plant is composed of three main halls and also a fourth hall is in construction close to the main hall.

  • Hall A
  • Hall B
  • Hall C
  • Hall A: The main activity carried out in this hall is to breakdown copper wires of 1,38mm to 0.15, 0.25, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50 and 0.80mm through fine breakdown machine. Then the wires are bunched together through bunching machine. Insulating and finally providing outer sheath is done by extrusion machines.

  • Hall B: The mail hall is this hall with the use of drum twister (Porteir France), in this hall laying up of circular of size 4x16mm2 up to sector-shaped cables of size 3x240+120mm2 is carried out. With the use of strander 37, making cross-sections of up to300mm2 is possible in this hall. These cables of big cross-sections are then insulated and covered by extruders.

  • Hall C: The Tubular Watson (UK) is with its high production speed is used for laying-up purposes. The USA braided in the saloon is used for production of braided shield cables, which together with the foam extruder, making possible producing coaxial cables. A strander 18 is also available in this hall.
