The head of the maintenance department is Mr. Shojah Sarkeil. In this department repariment there are two forms developed for each repairment, one for the request of repairment and second when the job is finished. The stoppage hours is also documented and logged within these forms. After the repairment the second form is kept in the archive files for use.

If the number of repairs is high on a certain part of equipment, this is noted and then within a suitable timeframe an overhall of the equipment is made.

In this department there is also PM program in place for the main equipment. A monthly checklist is also developed for checking all the equipment's status.
