Braided Shield Flexible Cable .
APPLICTION:These cables are used as signal cables in field of electronics, computer systems and various control systems such as too making and machine industries. copper braid screen provides interference - free signal transmission. The absence of inner sheath has the advantage, that is reduction of cable diameter and bending radius.

  INSULATION: PVC type YI2 as ;per VDE 0207

  ASSEMBLY: cores twisted in layer, wrapped   wiith polyester  binder tape and braided with   plain
  copper wires with 90% coverage

      

  OUTER SHEATH: PVC YM2 as per VDE 0207   Black coloured oil   resistant flame retardant   (ace. to IEC 332-1)

 SPECIFICATION: Generally based on VDE-0250.

  TEMPERATURE RANGE:
  STATIONARY  : -30°C TO +80°C
  FLEXING : - 5°C TO +80°C

  WORKING VOLTAGE: 300/500 V

  Minimum bending radius:
  15 x cable diameter for fixed instalation.
