TRAINING

Shahin's training department was developed for the purpose to elevate the knowledge and the skill-level of Shahin's work-force, both at technical and managerial levels required with the company's organizational chart.

This department in 2003-2004 conducted more than 10,000 person/hours of class training. Some 6,000 person/hours of this training was provided with the Shahin technical engineers.

Some of the more important topics trained in this department are entitled:

• Introduction to pulling machinery and their applications.
• Maintenance of pulling oil
• Introduction to twisting and stranding machinery and their applications.
• Design and calculation of amount of the Materials used in wire and cables.
• Introduction to national and international wire and cable standards.
• Introduction to extruder machinery and their applications.
• Introduction to raw materials used in the wire and cable industry - Power and Telecommunication

Shahin technical engineers, also, take an active parts seminars, conferences, meetings and technical work-shops conducted with foreign experts to elevate the know-how of Shahin.
